Conflict Resolution Day
Conflict Resolution Day is an international event that promotes peaceful conflict resolution. It was established in 2005 by the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and is now an annual event.
The main purpose of Conflict Resolution Day, which is primarily an educational event, is to raise awareness about the peaceful and non-violent ways of resolving conflict, such as mediation or arbitration. The ACR also hopes to encourage their use in many other areas of life, such as schools, workplaces, and among families.
Along with other independent organizations, the Association for Conflict Resolution hosts informative events around the globe. Check out the listings to see if one is available in your area.
