National Curry Week
The first National Curry Week took place in 1998 and it was founded by the late Peter Grove. It is now a highly anticipated event in the social calendar and gives us all an excuse to revel in the nation’s favourite dish; curry!
Celebrated each October it applauds the diverse culture in the UK and as a result of this, the many delicious dishes available to us on a daily basis.
National Curry Week has three main aims:
1. Honour the nation’s favourite cuisine.
2. Celebrate the burgeoning Indian restaurant industry.
3. Raise money for poverty focused charities.
Join us in 2021 for the 23rd annual National Curry Week celebrations!
