National Flag Day
It’s time for us to get together…
The Fourth of July has been a celebration of American life. However, National Flag Day retains a more local feel. Traditions are rooted in the community, county or state capital. It’s a great time to celebrate it with your club, class, or team. Millions of people each year discover their Betsy Ross and create their own Old Glory versions in stained glass, potato prints, or rows of flowers. It was impossible for the men who adopted the flag in 1777 to have imagined what it would look like. Three cheers to all things red, green and blue
