To symbolize this, you can throw the list in a fire and watch it burn. Let the smoke and embers carry your worries to the sky, wind, and away from you.

These are just a few of the other things that can be beneficial to let go of: fear, holding grudges guilt, regrets, past, excuses, and toxic people who make your life miserable Make a commitment to eliminate these negative aspects from your life, and then put it into practice. They will eventually disappear and your life will be lighter, happier, and more resilient.

Many people have felt the same as Elsa, including those with disabilities, eating disorders and chemical additions. This character is a person who was trying to overcome shame and a struggle. This film is perfect to watch alone or with your friends and get inspired on Let it Go Day!
