For reasons unknown to us, October 4th sees us celebrate National Vodka Day!

Having been North Americas most popular spirit since some time in the 1970’s when it became more popular than bourbon, the versatile alcoholic drink now accounts for up to 25% of the market share.

National Vodka Day has been in existence since 2009 which is a relatively short period of time given the duration vodka has been consumed across the globe!

So go on, we dare you…ask the bar tender for yours shaken, not stirred…and enjoy a martini or two. Make the weekend last a bit longer on Sunday 4th October and get involved ( but remember to drink responsibly!)
