Peanut Butter Bars1c Butter2c Graham Crackers(crumbled),2c Confectioners sugar1c+4T peanut butter1 1/2c chocolate chips
Combine the butter, crumbled Graham crackers and confectioners’ sugar in a bowl. Next, add 1c peanut butter to the bowl until the mixture is well blended. Continue to press this mixture into a 9x13in baking pan.
Next, melt the chocolate chips in the double boiler. Add in the peanut butter and stir it until it becomes creamy. Spread the mixture on the crust that you have prepared. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cutting into squares.
